Hey ladies!
We are about a month and change away from Sweetheat 2011. Haven’t heard of it? Well its like a giant party from May11-May15 in Miami for lesbians. Women, beach, liquor…need I say more? From what I’ve heard Sweetheat is majority African-American and Hispanic women and Aqua Girl which is the same weekend is for Caucasians and everyone else??? 0_o


Regardless of the backgrounds this is a HUGE event that we all fly down to some with U-Hauls to find a few months of true love, others to get their annual hoe on and others to just meet women and have a hell of a lot of fun.
Everyday I see something about people doing P90X and dieting for Sweetheat. We all know its bikini season but I suppose we could do an extra crunch or two at night… it is Miami!!!
So far I have started and stopped my P90X Workout four times and went on well lets not count my faux diets… Just for fun I decided to write down a few things that make me feel less guilty.
***WARNING***
These techniques are not proven to work. They are just silly things I have thought of to help me lose a possible 5 lbs in the next 30 years.
1. Eating off of small plates! Laugh if you want but it makes me put less on the plate and therefore I eat less?? Well thats my logic
2. I have two flights of stairs in my house that I despise, but recently I began running up the stairs instead of walking. Its a small change but it must make a little difference over a lifetime.
3. Flex while you eat your fatty foods. Makes me feel guilty so I don’t finish the whole danish…
4. I know skipping meals are unhealthy but look sometimes I get carried away with my breakfast and especially brunch on the weekends! After a huge meal I skip the next meal. Its habit mostly because usually I’m still so darn full.
5. Have more sex. Its gotta burn some calories. If your partner is telling you to hit the gym, tell them to do their part and f*ck you more often. Every little bit helps
6. Convince yourself that flat soda is better for you. It isn’t but who wants to drink flat soda?
7. If you have dogs take them to the park more often. You can rationalize your half ass exercising by being a good puppy parent!
8. Do lunges in the middle of the day. Seriously just randomly at 2:02pm wherever you are do 10 lunges. Its funny but they will make your legs look fierce by Sweetheat!
9.Shop for your bikini now! It will help you realize what you really should be doing.
10. Have more sex Ha what did you expect.. its me Duh!
